Straight answers
- What does "locked" actually mean?
- Your per-seat price will not increase for as long as your paid subscription stays continuously active. If it lapses or you cancel, the founding rate ends and you'd resubscribe at list price. A billing error on our side, or a failed card you fix within 14 days, doesn't count against you.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Month to month, cancel any time — email ryan@keybid.ai and it is handled the same day, no retention call. Adding seats later keeps your founding rate on all of them.
- What if it doesn't fit my trade?
- It's trade-agnostic — sitework to electrical. Set your trade in Settings and the plan reading and triage adjust. Try the whole thing free first: no signup, no card.
- Who can see my bid data?
- Only you. We never share one contractor's bids or pricing with another, we don't sell data, and you can export everything with one click.
